The standards we work to, so you can feel confident your home and your information are in safe, responsible hands.
How we work responsibly
- Registered waste carrier. We transport and dispose of waste through proper, licensed routes. (Registration number: please add yours here.)
- Correct, legal disposal. Hazardous and general waste is taken to licensed facilities, with diversion from landfill wherever possible.
- Trained operatives. Our teams are trained for clearance work, including unsanitary and biohazard environments, and use the correct protective equipment.
- Confidentiality. Your information is handled in line with UK GDPR and our Privacy Notice, and your situation is never discussed with anyone outside your agreement.
- Charity donations. Reusable furniture and goods are donated to charity wherever we can.
We deliberately do not make claims we cannot stand behind. If you have a specific requirement — for example, particular paperwork for a landlord, housing association or solicitor — just ask and we will tell you exactly what we can provide.
Working with professionals
We regularly support social workers, mental health teams, housing associations, local authorities, landlords and estate agents. If you are a professional arranging a clearance on someone’s behalf, we can fit around your processes and timescales.
