Before anything leaves, we sort carefully and set aside photographs, documents, jewellery, sentimental items and anything of financial value for you to keep. This is one of the most important parts of what we do.
Donation to charity
Reusable furniture, clothing, books and household goods are donated to charity wherever possible. For many families, knowing belongings will help others brings real comfort.
Recycling
Metals, paper, card, electrical items and other recyclables are separated and sent for recycling rather than landfill.
Responsible disposal
As licensed waste carriers, we dispose of everything that genuinely cannot be reused or recycled correctly and legally, with the proper documentation.

Will you take things without asking?
No. We sort with you (or to your instructions) and never discard anything of value or meaning without your agreement.
What about confidential paperwork?
We set aside documents for you, and can arrange secure shredding of confidential paperwork on request.
